NOS Live
Automatic live stream feature
NOS Live now engages viewers on smart TVs, capitalizing on their increasing presence in households. We collaborated with NOS to develop a modern front-end design and implemented an automatic full-screen live stream playback feature. This feature activates when the remote control is idle for a few seconds.
Broadcasting the latest content
When no live broadcast is available, NOS Live loads the user's favorite categories' most recent broadcasts and presents them together. It provides a 'now and latest' experience, unlike typical smart TV apps that feature browser functions and extensive archives. NOS Live is solely dedicated to broadcasting the latest content.
Rapid turnaround
By reusing standard components, we saved costs and ensured fast delivery. However, we fully customized the app to meet NOS Live's specific preferences. As a result, the app reflects the NOS style, establishing strong brand recognition and a unique appearance compared to other providers' applications.
For Samsung and LG
NOS Live has been available on Tizen OS 4.0 and higher and LG webOS 3.5 and higher since March 2023, supporting all LG models from 2017 and onwards, as well as all Samsung models from 2018 and onwards. As digital partner, we will continue the development for the next two years. Additionally, we maintain the previous versions of the NOS Live app as per NOS' request, ensuring compatibility with older operating systems.
